How has being a Religion graduate from Duke helped shape you personally and/or professionally?
"It led to my Ph.D. work, which allowed me to travel widely and learn research techniques that I use in my current job."
What advice would you give students in Duke's Religion programs?
"Religion is a major that ideally helps you think critically and analyze various scenarios (like most majors in the liberal arts). Do it because you enjoy it. You can do anything with the degree but I recommend doing an internship or two before you graduate if you aren't planning to go to professional or graduate school after graduation."
