Faculty are in a unique position to influence culture by promoting Duke's shared values of inclusion, equity and respect. In this interactive workshop, participants will explore their own personal and cultural identity and learn how it relates to communication style; how different styles can cause communication breakdown; and how to recognize and prevent communication breakdown from happening.
