Duke Divinity School Baccalaureate Service for Class of 2020 Graduates (Virtual)

Duke Divinity School will hold Baccalaureate for the Class of 2020 after last year's service was postponed due to the pandemic. The virtual event will include the reading of the names of the 2020 graduates and an opportunity for students (who choose to purchase regalia) to be hooded, this year at home by a family member or friend. Additionally, there will be a gathering via Zoom for graduates who want to celebrate along with their fellow classmates. Dr. Edgardo Colón-Emeric, incoming dean, will preach at the service. He is also the the Irene and William McCutchen Associate Professor of Reconciliation and Theology, the associate dean for Academic Formation, and the director of the Center for Reconciliation.
