Critical, historical approach to the Synoptic Gospels, with a special focus on the Synoptic Problem. In-depth examination of the history of the Synoptic Problem; detailed study of contemporary approaches and solutions to the Synoptic Problem; discussion of the role played by Synoptic Problem studies in New Testament scholarship, including Historical Jesus studies, redaction-criticism, textual criticism and literary-critical approaches.
