Duke Graduate Mentorship Program in Religious Studies

The Duke Graduate Mentorship Program in Religious Studies pairs Masters students in Religious Studies with Doctoral candidates in the Graduate Program in Religion. These Doctoral mentors provide a wide variety of support to Masters students, helping scholars new to the field think through careers in academia and beyond, prepare for Ph.D. applications, discuss theoretical issues in religious studies, and help new students navigate the expansive resources available at Duke and the broader academic community of the Research Triangle.

Co-organizers:
  • Christopher Luna (P.hD. candidate, Religion in Modernity)
  • Susannah Duerr (Ph.D. candidate, Asian Religions)
