Duke Law School and the Department of Religious Studies offer a joint degree program that combines J.D. and M.A. Students apply to this program through the Law School. The joint degree program is normally completed over a three-year period.
Requirements for the M.A.
- 8 courses (24 graduate units)
- 6 must be of religious studies content, but not necessarily taken with the Department of Religious Studies
- 2 courses may be affiliated courses (upon approval)
- All other regulations of the standard dual degree program apply
